The Anatomy of the Role
As a Renewable Energy Engineer at AVOHS, you are at the forefront of our mission. You will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hydro) that redefine industry standards and contribute to a sustainable planet. You will be a technical visionary, turning ambitious concepts into tangible, high-impact realities.
- Lead feasibility studies and site assessments for new renewable energy installations.
- Develop detailed engineering designs and simulations for solar PV and wind turbine systems.
- Collaborate with the Advanced Technology sector to integrate smart grids and IoT monitoring.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor relationships to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure all projects comply with national regulations and international sustainability standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in PVSyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid integration challenges.
- ECSA registration (or eligibility) is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
